The maternal Christ

Evleen Mann

This article explores the maternal aspect of Christ?s presence on earth. Evleen Mann writes as part of the Dympna circle, which consists of three women therapists who write, combining spiritual and therapeutic practice.

Some similarities are obvious, like loving, feeding, and teaching, but some are less so, like cleaning, listening, meeting unarticulated needs.
