The diversity of ministries. What would Paul say?

Gerald O?Collins SJ recalls three different ministries and shows how their diversity functions to serve the Church. The author is adjunct professor at Australian Catholic University.

Famous for the breweries opened by nineteenth-century migrants from Germany, the city of Milwaukee used to be known as the beer capital of the United States. Situated north of Chicago on the west shore of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee has lost its breweries but still enjoys much to catch one?s imagination ? not least the campus of Marquette University. Situated on the edge of the city, that university reshaped and enlarged my sense of ministry when I taught there three times as a visiting professor.
